What is Jivamukti Yoga?
JIVANMUKTIH- liberation while living
Jiva means individual soul and mukti means liberation. JIVAMUKTI YOGA is : the path to enlightenment through love and compassion for all beings, because from compassion towards others you will realize happiness for yourself, through service for all beings you will experience the bliss of the end of suffering for yourself. The JIVANMUKTA like the bodhisattva, will do whatever they can to contribute to the liberation of others, because they have discovered the most important karmic correlation: that their personal transformation and the transformation of their world go hand in hand.

An internationally-recognized form of hatha yoga, Jivamukti Yoga is founded on five tenets—ahimsa (non-violence), bhakti (devotion), nada (music), shastra (scripture) and dhyana (meditation) The Jivamukti Yoga method emphasises asana, scriptural study, devotion, prayer, music, chanting and meditation as well as veganism, environmentalism and political activism.
KARO ABOUT JIVAMUKTI YOGA:
I AM Jivamukti, because Jivamukti offers a very strong element of spiritual, non-violence (ahimsa) & animal rights teachings alongside a very dynamic asana practice. My devotion to the Jivamukti Method and my teachers is HUGE. All I want to do is encourage and inspire others, bring Jiva to ALL and spread the love. “LET LOVE BE YOUR GUIDE. Like Sharon Gannon says: “with great love all is possible.”
