WHERE IT ALL VEGAN……
I started my vegan cooking career on board of the the M/Y Bob Barker (Sea Shepherd Conservation Society vessel) in 2012 inspired by that experience i wrote a vegan cookbook which i self published in September 2012 : KARO’S NUTRITIOUS & DELICIOUS CRUELTY-FREE DISHES which got published by a Dutch publisher in 2013. I started my own vegan company: THE VEGANATOR at the beginning of 2013 with which i ran vegan events, vegan educational programs and vegan cooking workshops all over Sydney and the world, in 2014 i self-funded a world wide tour with combining my vegan cooking workshops with promoting my book & teaching yoga.
I always had a HUGE passion & love for food & cooking, especially the cruelty-free kind. I studied vegan nutrition & do a lot of vegan catering for several events/projects. I worked as the HEAD CHEF at Lentil as Anything, Sydney and i now live in Lisbon, Portugal where very soon i will be running a vegan cafe: FOODPRINTZ (with my dear friend Lisa Dickmann) i am so super excited about serving & bringing VEGAN to the people of Lisbon. The Veganator will continue to BE ACTIVE and strive for the betterment of this planet.
